Production Manager

Are you an experienced Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager or Plant Manager looking for an opportunity to make a real impact?

At Zotefoams, we're investing in our people, processes and manufacturing capability to support continued growth across international markets. We are looking for a Production Manager who can lead a high-performing manufacturing operation, develop engaged teams and help shape the future of our site.

This is a key leadership role with responsibility for approximately 50 employees, including four direct-report Shift Supervisors, within a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you'll have the opportunity to influence how we operate, improve performance, develop future leaders and play a central role in delivering our growth strategy.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading all day-to-day production activities across the manufacturing operation.

• Developing, coaching and supporting supervisors and production teams.

• Creating a culture focused on safety, quality, engagement and continuous improvement.

• Driving improvements in productivity, efficiency, cost and operational performance.

• Working closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain and HSE teams.

• Using KPIs and operational data to monitor performance and identify opportunities.

• Supporting workforce planning, succession planning and capability development.

• Implementing process improvements and operational best practices.

• Supporting ISO compliance, audits and regulatory requirements.

• Contributing to site strategy and long-term operational planning.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with experienced leaders from manufacturing, production or operational environments who have:

• Experience leading production teams within a manufacturing environment.

• A track record of improving operational performance and developing people.

• Experience managing supervisors, team leaders or shift managers.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs, productivity and continuous improvement.

• The ability to build relationships across functions and influence positive change.

• A practical, hands-on and people-focused leadership style.

• Experience within process manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, chemicals, polymers, packaging, materials or similar manufacturing sectors would be advantageous.
