Engineering Team Lead .NET

We are looking for a genuine Engineering Team Lead who thrives on managing a team while staying close to the code. You will drive our technical direction and mentor talented engineers to ensure delivery is high quality and aligned with business outcomes.

At the intersection of product, architecture and delivery, the role shapes solutions from high level requirements, sets priorities and makes final decisions on what your team works on.

You will also influence engineering standards, team culture, performance, helping deliver scalable and robust systems that make a real impact.

What you will do

• Lead and manage an engineering team, owning their growth, delivery and performance
• Collaborate with Product and Architects to break down work and guide solutions
• Allocate tasks, set priorities and manage incidents while maintaining product quality
• Mentor engineers, foster a high performing collaborative culture and lift our engineering standards
• Continuously improve our processes and the way our team works

What we are looking for

• Strong .NET experience with hands on design and delivery
• Proven leadership or Tech Lead experience with the ability to grow and inspire a team
• Deep knowledge of microservices, event driven architectures and domain driven design
• Commitment to engineering best practices, test driven development and high quality systems
