Job Title: BI Solution Analyst

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced BI Solution Analyst with strong SQL, data analysis, and data warehousing experience. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and support BI/reporting solutions.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and technical requirements.

• Strong SQL and data analysis experience.

• Experience with data warehousing and reporting solutions.

• Create source-to-target mappings and data lineage documentation.

• Analyze data from source systems through reporting layers.

• Support ETL and data modeling activities.

• Troubleshoot and validate data-related issues.

• Work closely with business and technical teams.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in BI, Data Analysis, Solution Analysis, or related areas.

• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.

• Experience with data lineage and source-to-target mapping.

• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Dimensional data modeling

• ETL tools/processes

• Informatica

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
