Production Specialist- Part Time

POSITION SUMMARY

We're growing and looking for a Part-Time Production Specialist to help families honor the lives of the people they love. You'll work alongside our funeral directors and families to design meaningful memorial materials, such as folders, bulletins, obituaries and tribute videos. You'll also support the day-to-day work that keeps our funeral home running smoothly.

This is a great fit for someone who is creative, detail-oriented and has a "figure it out" mindset. You'll also help with marketing and social media, so experience with Canva and comfort with technology are a plus. The role is part time, with the opportunity to grow into full time by adding funeral assistant duties.

Required

• Strong customer service skills and compassion when working with grieving families
• Experience with graphic design, especially Canva. You'll get to be social and creative!
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Openness to feedback and the ability to apply it
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A "figure it out" mindset: you're resourceful and take initiative
• Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate, polished work
• Punctuality and dependability, since services run on a set schedule
• Reliable transportation
