The Role • Perform comprehensive patient monitoring, including EKG, SpO₂ measurement, and invasive blood pressure monitoring. • Manage ventilation, including setting and overseeing ventilator parameters. • Administer sedation, infusion therapy, and vasoactive medications. • Provide wound care, pressure ulcer prevention, and catheter care according to hygiene standards. • Execute emergency management and resuscitation measures (CPR, ACLS). • Maintain accurate patient documentation in the electronic health record. • Collaborate closely with physicians, physiotherapists, and laboratory teams. What You'll Need • Completed training as a nurse, specialized nurse, or registered nurse with specialized training in intensive care. • Several years of experience in ventilation and respiratory therapy on an intensive care unit. • Proficiency in patient monitoring systems. • Strong sense of responsibility and confident handling of emergency situations. • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
