The Role

• Ensure holistic, individual patient care through professional performance, execution, and monitoring.
• Accurately document all nursing interventions to ensure transparency and traceability.
• Collaborate closely with various professional groups within the treatment team for optimal patient care.
• Actively contribute your specialized knowledge to daily practice, making a significant impact on patient well-being.
• Participate in the implementation and evaluation of standards to support continuous quality improvement.
• Contribute to the practical training and development of nursing apprentices.

What You'll Need

• Completed training/certification in licensed nursing care (e.g., general nursing, geriatric nursing, or specialized nursing).
• Independent, conscientious work ethic with a strong patient orientation and service mindset.
• Excellent communication and empathy skills when interacting with patients, their families, and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for providing the best possible care for patients.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
