Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, data visualization, and cloud-based data platforms. The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to develop data-driven solutions and generate actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning and statistical models to solve complex business problems.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning techniques.
- Evaluate, optimize, and monitor model performance.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to build scalable data pipelines and production-ready ML solutions.
- Translate business requirements into analytical and machine learning solutions.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
- Implement best practices for model deployment, versioning, and monitoring.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib/Seaborn.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including regression, classification, clustering, and ensemble methods.
- Experience with Deep Learning using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with NLP, Generative AI, or Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, Snowflake, or similar data platforms.
- Experience with ML lifecycle and MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or Azure ML.
- Strong data visualization skills using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Generative AI, RAG, LLMs, LangChain, and Vector Databases.
- Experience working with large-scale distributed data environments.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Education
- Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
