Software Engineer

Job Title: Software Engineer (Do not share shraightforward Python, C/C++ or Java profile)

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)

• BS/MS Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
• Manufacture/Semiconducture Experience(Mandatory)

Job Description:

Role Overview: Develop client applications, libraries, and communication APIs that interface with provisioning servers at factory sites. Requires a working knowledge of networking to navigate firewall rules, connectivity, and network configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop client libraries and APIs for server communication in factory provisioning workflows
• Build and maintain tools that manage provisioning requests, status tracking, and error handling
• Work with Factory IT and NV IT teams to understand and define network/firewall requirements for provisioning connectivity
• Debug and troubleshoot connectivity issues between factory test stations and provisioning servers
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code with CI/CD best practices

Key Skills:

• Python and/or C/C++; REST API and client-server development
• Familiarity with networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, mTLS/TLS)
• Experience building libraries or SDKs for system-to-system communication
• Nice to have: factory/manufacturing environment exposure, Linux systems experience
