Job description

Cloudflare is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for our Developer Platform to join a hybrid team in Sydney. You will help customers with complex technical issues across the Developer Platform products (Workers, Pages, KV, D1, DO, etc.) and partner with the Technical Operations team to ensure reliability of our global network.

The role emphasizes solving HTTP and DNS networking challenges, clear communication across emails, live chats, and calls, and a passion for teaching customers how our
