J2EE-AWS Full Stack – Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead high-impact technology initiatives that directly support business growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency for one of our direct clients. This role focuses on program strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment, while leveraging strong technical fluency in application development platforms including Java, J2EE, Microservices, AWS Cloud, JavaScript, React, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will ensure delivery predictability, cost efficiency, and customer impact, while improving program governance, planning cadence, and reporting standards.

• Role                             : J2EE-AWS Full Stack – Technical Program Manager (80% Technical + 20% Functional).
• Work Location          : Fort Collins CO.
• Working Mode         : 5 Days Onsite.

·       Experience should have 15+ years of enterprise application development by using J2EE distributed systems.

·       Strong program management experience across multiple client project engineering teams, owning end-to-end delivery of strategic programs tied to business outcomes, OKRs, and revenue goals.

·       Solid technical understanding of Java-based distributed systems, including Java, J2EE, Microservices, AWS Cloud, JavaScript, React, and Node.js.

·       Practical, day-to-day use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) as an active part of the program/engineering workflow - not just occasional or environment-limited exposure.

·       Ability to translate business requirements into executable technical roadmaps.

·       Strong application development background with expertise in implementing best practices.

·       Experience driving growth strategy at the account level and partnering with Customer, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to define program scope, timelines, and success metrics.

·       Proven experience in roadmap planning and dependency management across cross-functional, cross-team engagements.

·       Strong executive communication skills, including program status, roadmap alignment, dependency and risk reporting, and customer satisfaction reporting.

·       Experience with Agile / SAFe delivery models.

·       Proven ability to influence without authority.

·       Experience managing program-level risks, trade-offs, and prioritization decisions.

·       Experience with execution of project delivery using an onsite and offshore model.

·       Proven ability to act as a client point of contact (POC), helpful in generating additional business.

·       Should have excellent oral and written (executive-level) communication skills.

·       Proven ability to influence without authority.

·       Should be a strong client-facing point of contact (POC), helpful in generating additional business.

·       Should be proactive, adaptive, and comfortable driving alignment across multiple stakeholders
