Proven experience in automotive or vehicle sales, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies
Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing a team
Strong negotiation and closing skills
