Job Description

  • Execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with organisational objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential partners.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and networking opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development roles, ideally within the hospital, clinical and or not for profit sector.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
  • Knowledge of the Brisbane market and its unique dynamics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in preparing detailed proposals and presentations.
  • A commitment to the values and mission of the Not-for-Profit sector.
