Job Description
HR Administrator
Thirty HR | South London (Hybrid) | Four or Five days working
About Thirty HR
Thirty HR is an HR consultancy supporting clients across a range of industries, from recruitment and HRIS to employee relations, with hands-on, on-site HR support for founder-led, fast-scaling brands. We typically work with businesses at the 5 to 100 employee stage, giving them the calibre of HR support you'd expect from a full-time hire, without the overhead.
We're a modern team, forward-thinking in how we work. We don't just advise from the sidelines, we're hands-on and feel like part of each client's team.
We're growing, and we're looking for an HR Administrator to join us and help deliver brilliant HR support across our client portfolio.
The role is based in either London or Redhill.
The role
As HR Administrator at Thirty HR, you'll work directly with our clients to deliver HR support across the board, from day-to-day admin right through to strategic HR and employee relations matters, acting as a genuine extension of their team. You'll own each client relationship end to end, right across the HR life cycle.
Key responsibilities
• Being the go-to HR contact for a portfolio of client accounts, from admin through to strategy
• Running core HR processes: contracts, onboarding, absence, holiday, right to work checks and the rest of the employee lifecycle admin
• Handling disciplinary, grievance and performance issues, always grounded in UK employment law and ACAS guidance
• Giving founders and managers clear, commercial advice on people decisions
• Keeping client HR systems and documentation sharp and up to date
• Helping shape how we do things internally as Thirty HR grows
About you
• 3 to 5 years' generalist HR experience
• Strong grasp of UK employment law and best practice
• CIPD qualified (preferred)
• Comfortable juggling multiple clients at once
• A confident communicator, just as comfortable with founders as with frontline staff
• Plenty of energy and drive, ready to roll your sleeves up
• Someone who will enjoy the excitement of a fast-moving business
• Organised and proactive, happy working with real autonomy
What we offer
• Hybrid working, with regular travel to client sites across London and Redhill
• The chance to shape HR practice across a genuinely varied portfolio of exciting, founder-led brands
• A role where your input directly shapes how the business grows
