This role offers an opportunity to turn complex information and data into compelling visual stories that support important business and client decisions. You will create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for client, executive, and internal audiences, combining creativity with precision and strong communication skills. Working across multiple projects, you will transform scientific, commercial, and business content into clear, engaging visuals that make key messages easy to understand. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply consistent brand standards, and bring fresh design ideas to every assignment. The position is suited to an experienced presentation designer who thrives in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment and can work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. The role can be performed remotely from within the United States or from the organization's headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut.

Accountabilities:

    • Design and produce polished, high-impact PowerPoint presentations for client, executive, and internal audiences.

    • Transform complex data and information into clear, engaging charts, graphs, infographics, and other visual representations.

    • Apply strong design principles, visual hierarchy, typography, layout techniques, and brand guidelines to create cohesive presentation materials.

    • Develop visual storytelling approaches that communicate key messages effectively and make complex concepts accessible.

    • Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

    • Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently and adapt designs to evolving project requirements.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand communication objectives, develop creative concepts, and deliver effective visual solutions.

    • Maintain consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all presentation materials.

      • Requirements:

      • At least 5 years of professional experience in presentation design, visual communications, graphic design, or a related field.

      • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and a strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design capabilities.

      • Proven expertise in data visualization, information design, and translating complex content into clear visual narratives.

      • Excellent eye for layout, typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and design consistency.

      • Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to make information engaging and easy to understand.

      • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.

      • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

      • Receptive to direction and feedback, with the ability to revise and refine work efficiently.

      • Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables.
