Customer Experience Representative
We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative who is highly motivated and willing to learn. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering questions and concerns, processing payments, and helping with technical support. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that they have a positive experience in our store. Ongoing Training. Team Building Events. Floating position with scheduled shifts in 2 locations. Greet customers as they enter the store.

Consult with customers to determine the reason for their visit. Provide information and service to solve their needs. Troubleshoot technical issues with customers' devices and services. Process Cell Phone Payments. Assist the sales team with their day-to-day needs. Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations. Making follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction while offering additional products and services. Ability to work weekends is a requirement
Basic knowledge of cellular and/or computer technology is preferred.
