The Role

• Support Branch Manager with daily branch operations.
• Serve customers on the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.
• Pick orders, manage stock (booking in, putting away), and serve customers within the warehouse and counter areas.
• Build rapport with customers and suppliers, respond to queries via phone and email, and process sales.
• Perform general warehouse duties including goods in/out, paperwork, picking/packing, and merchandising.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in a warehouse role.
• Customer service experience.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Driving license preferred but not essential.
