Project Manager/Medicaid Program Administrator (Remote)
Primary Location: Remote

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Project Manager/Medicaid Program Administrator (Remote) for our premier client.

Education and Experience
  • Contract development, administration, and monitoring: 3 years.
  • Budget development, administration, and monitoring: 3 years.
  • Implementing data governance and exchange and associated documentation according to state and federal regulations: 3 years.
  • Coordinating staffing needs and associated documentation across business units: 3 years.
  • Researching and evaluating vendor solutions needed to address project needs: 3 years.
  • Monitoring and reporting out on progress per project management tracking/reporting: 3 years.
  • Aligning efforts and ensuring effective communication across multiple business units: 3 years.

WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Development, revision, execution, and oversight of federal Advance Planning Documents, contracts, MOAs, MOUs, BAAs and other agreements associated with the program,
  • Coordination and alignment of efforts across HIEA, Medicaid, and vendor staff to ensure program goals are met,
  • Internal program team meetings, together with project management staff,
  • Progress reporting to state and federal partners, and
Communications with state and federal partners and related stakeholder organizations. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Engaging HIEA staff and key partners, e.g., DHHS and SAS (HIEAs technical partner), in planning and drafting of scopes of work, budgets, and frameworks for data exchange.
  • Navigating internal and external processes to ensure the timely execution of project agreements (e.g., APDs, contracts, MOAs, MOUs, BAAs).
  • Monitoring and providing guidance to ensure that project implementation, spending, and data use proceed according to project agreements, organizational protocols, and state and federal regulations.
  • Ensuring project plans, staffing, reporting, procurements, timelines, and milestones align with parameters outlined in project agreements.
  • Serving as a spokesperson for the with state and federal partners and key provider stakeholder organizations.
