Job Description

Registered Nurse (m/f/d) Neurology, with a focus on Parkinson's | Neustadt in Holstein, Germany | On-site We are a leading national hospital network known for its specialized medical care and therapeutic innovation, situated along the scenic coast. Our facilities provide comprehensive acute and rehabilitation services, treating a significant number of patients annually. We are recognized as an academic teaching hospital and are part of a respected, family-run healthcare group. The Role • Provide specialized patient consultation, particularly for Parkinson's and epilepsy. • Plan, execute, and evaluate individualized neurological and therapeutically specialized nursing care. • Independently manage and implement nursing quality assurance measures, including standards and assessments. • Collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams, working alongside physicians and specialized therapists. • Participate in case discussions and contribute to the development and implementation of neurological nursing concepts. • Support patients in post-stroke phases and those with various neurological and neuromuscular conditions. What You'll Need • Completed training as a registered nurse or in a comparable field. • Experience in neurological patient care or a strong interest in neurology is preferred. • Proficiency in MS Office and ideally experience with ORBIS. • Ability to work reliably in a 3-shift system, including weekends and holidays. • Willingness to participate in specialized advanced training, particularly in neurology and stroke care. • Strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive approach to independent, responsible work.
