Job Description

Position: Process Control Engineer

Location: Peoria, IL (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months

We are hiring a Process Control / Metallurgical Engineer with expertise in metallurgy, materials science, and manufacturing processes. Candidates should have experience with heat treatment equipment, a basic understanding of mechanical systems, and the ability to support engineering projects in a manufacturing environment.

This role involves working with operations, quality, maintenance, and suppliers to solve production challenges, improve manufacturing processes, analyze metallurgical data, and support project execution. Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with shop floor personnel are essential.
