With over 410 service centers and 170 mobile units, we are the experts in vehicle glazing. The Role • Perform vehicle glass repairs and replacements, including ADAS calibration. • Take on the role of "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" (Operations Manager), overseeing technical aspects, service standards, and daily operations. • Provide exceptional customer service from order placement to vehicle handover. • Manage invoicing, customer payments, and order processing. • Conduct quality assurance checks, inventory management, and ensure audit compliance. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a skilled trade, preferably with experience as an automotive mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to undertake the required certification or already hold "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" qualification. • A valid Class B driver's license and good German language proficiency. • Strong PC skills and comfort with administrative tasks. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • A collaborative spirit, ability to work independently, and a commitment to teamwork.
