Experience: 8+ years of dedicated enterprise development experience using IBM Cognos Analytics / Cognos BI.
Migration Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience converting and modernizing Crystal Reports into Cognos reporting environments.
Data & SQL Mastery: Advanced SQL skills with strong relational database design, query optimization, and performance-tuning expertise.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving capabilities, technical communication, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
