Description:

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Unix System Admin to join our growing team. We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to support and enhance an enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform in a large IT environment. This role focuses on system administration, security governance, SQL reporting, user access management, workflow configuration, and stakeholder support for mission-critical compliance and incident management applications.

Job Responsibilities

Mandatory Requirements

• Must have minimum five (5) years' experience with server infrastructure in an Enterprise level environment.
• Must have minimum five (5) years' experience with IBM AIX in an Enterprise level environment.
• Must have minimum five (5) years' experience with building, patching, and administering AIX, PowerHA, HMC, VIOS, & Managed Systems.
• Must have experience with troubleshooting of AIX based environment.
• Must have experience with IBM PowerVM virtualization environment (AIX).
• Must have experience with system build processes and procedures in a virtualized environment.
• Must have experience with monitoring capabilities to assist in troubleshooting and preventative maintenance in a UNIX based environment.
• Must have experience with hardening Operating Systems to meet information security standards

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with shell scripting/programming
• Experience with IBM Big Fix Patch Management
• Experience with IBM Tivoli Monitoring
• Experience with Ansible
• Experience with physical server hardware break/fix
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to AIX, PowerHA, HMC, VIOS, & Managed Systems.
• Experience administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux in an enterprise environment.
