The Role

• Provide qualified, individual, and psychiatric care within a primary nursing concept.
• Conduct and monitor the nursing process holistically and responsibly.
• Document all care measures accurately and assess relevant risk scales to ensure safe and transparent care.
• Actively participate in and design group therapy sessions, collaborating interdisciplinarily with other therapeutic professions.
• Offer psychosocial support to patients and their families with empathy and professional competence.
• Contribute to the development of new concepts, participate in quality assurance, and support the practical training of new team members.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse.
• Ability to work independently and conscientiously, prioritizing patient needs.
• Strong communication and empathy skills when interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.
• High level of teamwork, reliability, and responsibility in an interdisciplinary environment.
• A commitment to continuous professional and personal development.
• Experience or willingness to participate in the development of innovative care models, such as home treatment teams.
