RSP Delivery Manager - nbn

Build your career and Australia's future. By joining nbn you are actively participating in building Australia's future. This role is an exciting opportunity for an RSP (Retail Service Provider) Delivery Manager reporting to the Executive Manager RSP Delivery.

Job Overview

As an RSP Delivery Manager, you will lead the operational relationship between nbn and our RSP partners, ensuring we meet our contractual commitments with clarity, care, and consistency. You will work closely with RSPs and internal stakeholders to support the delivery of Wholesale Broadband Agreement (WBA) Service Level Agreements and operational targets, thoughtfully identifying trends through analysis and enabling early intervention where needed. You will provide planning guidance and coordination to enable timely RSP connectivity to network infrastructure, including Points of Interconnect, CVC, and NNI connectivity. You will embed strong operational practices for new RSPs following onboarding, set them up for success, and ensure seamless engagement with nbn processes. Through collaborative performance reviews and ongoing engagement you will act as a trusted voice of the RSP within nbn, advocating for improvements and helping shape a more responsive, customer centric experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational relationship between nbn and RSP partners.
  • Support the delivery of WBA Service Level Agreements and operational targets.

  • Provide guidance and coordination for RSP connectivity to network infrastructure.
  • Embed strong operational practices for new RSPs during onboarding.
  • Act as a trusted RSP voice within nbn, advocating for improvements.
Qualifications
  • Experienced service delivery professional with a passion for building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Background in service delivery, including activation, assurance or technical support.
  • Strong foundation in governance, quality assurance or project management practices; relevant certifications such as Six Sigma or similar frameworks are advantageous.
  • Deep appreciation for operational delivery models and a sound understanding of the commercial constructs underpinning the Wholesale Broadband Agreement.
  • Curious and confident working with data, able to interpret insights and apply them to problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • Warm, clear and influential communication style, capable of building genuine partnerships and guiding conversations toward positive, shared outcomes.
