The Role • Provide expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services directly to customers at their location. • Deliver first-class customer service, acting as the face of the company on customer driveways and at workplaces. • Manage your own stock, conduct vehicle inspections, and perform a wide range of repair tasks. • Execute reporting and administrative duties related to service calls and vehicle maintenance. • Adapt to a dynamic schedule, handling various vehicle issues and customer needs daily. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician. • Proficiency in working with a diverse range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points. • Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers. • Ability to think independently and make sound judgments on repair solutions.
