Healthcare Training and Development Specialist

Sevita, a leader in home and community-based health care services, is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to support our Training & Development department. In this role, you will design, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning programs that equip staff to provide exceptional person-centered care across behavioral health, brain injury rehabilitation, and specialized foster care services. You'll collaborate with leaders to identify training needs, create blended learning solutions, and support continuous professional growth. Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs for healthcare and support staff
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness using data and feedback
• Develop e-learning modules, workshops, and blended learning solutions
• Ensure training content aligns with healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices
• Collaborate with leaders to support onboarding and ongoing staff development
• Maintain accurate training records and report on key learning metrics
• Continuously improve programs based on learner outcomes and organizational goals
