Human Resources Director

Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced, hand on Human Resources Director to lead and oversee all aspects of the Human Resources function for a growing manufacturing organization. This individual will serve as a strategic business partner to executive leadership while providing operational HR support to managers, supervisors, and employees across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in manufacturing, with demonstrated success in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, HR compliance, and organizational effectiveness. This position requires an HR leader who is comfortable working directly with production employees and plant leadership while also developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that support business growth.

The HR Director will play a critical role in building structure, strengthening management accountability, improving employee engagement, and fostering a positive, performance-driven workplace culture.
