Oracle EPM Functional Consultant / Integration Lead

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Functional Consultant to lead functional solution design and integration across Oracle EPM, ERP and wider enterprise applications.

This is a 6-month contract within a major enterprise transformation environment, offering the opportunity to work closely with Finance, Tax, FP&A, Controllership and technology teams. The position is UK-based with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring 1-2 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional discussions across ARCS, EPBCS, PCMCS, FCCS and TRCS.

  • Translate business requirements into functional designs and integration specifications.

  • Lead integration discovery and design workshops across Oracle EPM and ERP.

  • Define source-to-target mappings, data flows, transformation rules and reconciliation controls.

  • Identify cross-module dependencies and resolve data, metadata and mapping issues.

  • Work with technical teams on EPM Data Integration, REST APIs and file-based interfaces.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong Oracle EPM Cloud functional consulting experience.

  • Hands-on knowledge of multiple Oracle EPM modules.

  • Understanding of Finance processes including R2R, consolidation, forecasting and tax reporting.

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP integrations and enterprise data flows.

  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
