Compliance Project Manager - 1016

We are seeking a Compliance Project Manager in our Broomfield, CO or Brooklyn Park, MN Location. All employees should work at their assigned location; however, this role may offer the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days per week, with approvals.

The Compliance Project Manager owns the operational mechanics of the company’s compliance programs, enabling the Director of Export and Compliance to concentrate on strategic export control leadership and government compliance oversight. The role exercises judgment in managing compliance initiatives such as training calendars, audit tracking, policy rollouts and compliance reporting and is responsible for cross-functional coordination of compliance initiatives.

The Compliance Project Manager is expected to understand compliance program structures at a level sufficient to independently manage compliance initiatives, coordinate audits, analyses program performance, identify improvement opportunities and produce accurate reporting for senior leadership and the board.
