The Role • Develop innovative concepts and recipes for national and international clients in the beverage sector. • Manage master data, document, and analyze development projects. • Conduct laboratory mixings while adhering to time, cost, and quality specifications. • Handle project inquiries in close coordination with the project manager. • Oversee innovation and product adaptation projects, including product documentation and analysis. • Perform sensory and physical qualification of product samples and development products. • Act as a point of contact for sales and customers on technical matters. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training with several years of experience in food technology or a degree in food technology. • Experience in innovation and project management. • Knowledge of development processes, ideally in the beverage industry. • Solid PC skills. • Excellent English and good German language proficiency (written and spoken). • Enthusiasm for innovative solutions and trends in the beverage market. • Initiative, resilience, and strong social skills.
