Job Description


Develop tools and capabilities to support Data Governance and Maintenance of CDL-F


Update and modify as needed User Security and Access


Update and modify reference tables


Help implement data metrics to ensure quality of all source and output data


Gather Requirements and update project plans for CDL-F new deliverables and enhancements.


Manage inbound and outbound data connections for CDLF, including requirements gathering, connection design and build, testing cycles, deployment, and hyper care support.


Create and maintain KPI tracking tools to monitor continuous improvement efforts and measure progress.


Prepare ad hoc analysis and reporting, as needed.


Support data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency; document data structures, processes, and user guidance.


Identify opportunities to improve data flow, accessibility, and reporting efficiency.


Update status reports on a weekly, monthly basis.

qualifications:

Qualifications


Required:


Requires 7-10 years progressive accounting or finance experience


Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Math/Physics


Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint


Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner across multiple functions as well as various levels of the organization


Highly motivated self-starter who can translate broad directions into high quality analytical output.


Open to new ideas and utilizes value-added principles in approach.


Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities, due dates, and shifting priorities, under tight timeframes


Ability to solve business problems through the proactive identification of issues and subsequent collection, analysis, and interpretation of related data


Experience working independently as well as team environments and integrating activities across multiple functions / divisions


Adapt at analyzing and summarizing data from multiple sources.


Project Management Experience


2-3 years of forecasting or budgeting in a large company


Knowledge of Planning / Visualization tools / Data Queries


Power BI


QlikView


Tableau


Power Queary


Anaplan / SAC / TM1 / BPC


Desired experience managing Data Bases (SQL)


FP&A experience in system implementation
