Quick overview
Job description
The Role
You'll build and scale our partner enablement engine, turning newly signed partners into technically and operationally capable allies ready to transact and serve their customers. Rather than treating partner ramp as a single training event, you'll own the end-to-end readiness journey—aligning cross-functional resources across Business Development, Solutions Architecture, Implementation, and Support to build long-term partner self-sufficiency.
This is a full-time, exempt position based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr.
What you'll do
- Own the post-signature partner onboarding and readiness journey, coordinating cross-functionally with BD Account Directors, Implementation, Solutions Architecture, Support, and Account Managers while maintaining clear ownership boundaries across teams.
- Build structured readiness tracks—including technical setup, customer onboarding workflows, sales process execution, and operational enablement—tailored to distinct partner types like resellers, MSPs, and service providers.
- Guide partners through operational transaction steps, including setting up customer organizations and sub-organizations, ingesting data, submitting orders, and registering opportunities.
- Serve as a practical, trusted advisor to partner teams, verifying their operational capability and establishing clear escalation paths through Everlaw's documented support systems.
- Track onboarding milestones, partner capability demonstrations, and friction points, maintaining clear documentation and handoff evidence to ensure seamless long-term account transitions.
- Identify recurring operational or technical friction for partners, surfacing structured feedback and evidence to internal product and process owners to improve the broader partner experience.
About You
- You have at least 8+ years of experience in partner onboarding, technical customer success, implementation coordination, or partner success in B2B technology.
- You've guided external organizations through complex software platforms, building their internal capability to use, support, and sell technical products.
- You bring clear, practical communication skills, with a track record of explaining technical workflows to users with varying levels of technical depth.
- You excel at cross-functional coordination across internal teams—such as Sales, Support, Solutions Engineering, and Product—while maintaining clear boundaries and accountability.
- You have a diagnostic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to determine whether a partner blocker is technical, operational, commercial, or training-related, and route it effectively.
- You are authorized to work in the United States. Please note that at this time, Everlaw is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role.
Bonus points
- Experience in legal technology, litigation support, investigations, or regulated B2B software environments.
- Experience onboarding service providers, system integrators, MSPs, or reseller partners.
- Experience designing partner readiness frameworks, milestone tracking, and transition criteria in platforms like Salesforce or partner portals.
Think you're missing some of the skills and are hesitant to apply? We do not believe in the 'perfect' candidate and encourage you to apply if you feel you can bring value to our team. We often revisit candidates who may have applied for a different role if something comes up that's a better fit.
The Team — Business Development
The Business Development team builds and grows the network of partners who extend Everlaw's reach into the market. By identifying, recruiting, and supporting partners across the ecosystem, the team creates relationships that open new paths to customers and reinforce Everlaw's position in the industry. Total Rewards & Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is between $183,000 and $231,000. This role is also eligible for additional incentive pay/commission. The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate’s experience and skills. The role's compensation is subject to change in the future.
Health & well-being
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Flexible Spending Accounts for health and dependent care expenses
- Membership to Modern Health to support mental health and wellness
- Paid parental leave
- Company-sponsored life and disability insurance
Financial rewards
- Competitive equity grants, so you share in Everlaw's long-term growth
- 401(k) plan with company matching of up to 4% of eligible annual compensation
Growth & everyday perks
- 17 paid vacation days, 11 federal holidays, and paid sick leave
- Four "Everlawlidays" (additional paid company-wide days off) per year
- Annual allocation for learning & development and relevant professional membership dues
- Hybrid work with regular work-from-home days and flexibility for life's logistics
- Monthly home internet reimbursement, plus a stipend for your desk setup
- Catered lunch each workday, plus snacks and company-wide events in our offices

That work is not a side task but the case itself, and where most of the time and money in litigation goes. Everlaw is the litigation and investigation management platform changing that, using AI to turn mountains of messy data into the handful of facts that win or lose a case, compressing weeks of work into hours.
We're the kind of place that's ranked #1 on G2 in our category and named a Great Place to Work™ by our own team. So if you want a front row seat to an industry in transformation, career-defining work you'll be proud to tell people about, and real upside at a company in control of its own destiny, we'd love to get to know you.
