• Assist customers with product information, order placement, and returns processing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
• Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
