We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to streamline clinic operations. In this role, you will be a vital point of contact, managing patient flow and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the internal medicine diagnostics department.

The Role

• Manage comprehensive patient admissions, including administrative tasks, blood draws, vital sign recording, and basic diagnostic procedures like EKGs.
• Independently and thoroughly handle all patient-related administrative duties.
• Proactively coordinate patient movements within the department to ensure efficient workflow.
• Utilize resources mindfully, focusing on cost-effectiveness and efficient use of materials.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and departments to ensure seamless patient care.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as an MFA (m/f/d) or an equivalent 3-year vocational qualification.
• A proactive and responsible approach to work.
• Strong team-playing abilities combined with a service-oriented attitude and assertiveness.
• Availability for early and late shifts, Monday to Friday, and rotating Saturday mornings.
