Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Microservices + Kafka Full Stack Developer with 14+ years of overall IT experience and strong experience working with Banking/Financial Services clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, REST APIs, JDK 17, API Security, and Full Stack Development, along with strong database and DevOps knowledge.

Required Technical Skills

·        Java & Microservices

·        Java / JDK 17

·        Spring Boot

·        Microservices Architecture

·        RESTful API development

·        API design and integration

·        Strong understanding of distributed systems

Kafka / Event Streaming

·        Apache Kafka

·        Kafka Producers & Consumers

·        Real-time data streaming

·        Event-driven architecture

·        Kafka performance and troubleshooting

·        Experience with messaging platforms such as AWS SNS/SQS or IBM MQ is desirable

API & Security

·        REST APIs

·        API Gateway / API Management

·        OAuth / API Keys

·        Authentication & Authorization

·        API security

·        API performance monitoring

·        Experience with GraphQL and SOAP is a plus

Database

·        SQL / Relational Databases

·        Complex SQL query development

·        Oracle DB – Preferred

·        MongoDB – Preferred

·        SQL Server or similar relational databases

DevOps / Cloud / Containers

·        Docker

·        Kubernetes

·        Jenkins

·        Git / GitHub / GitLab

·        CI/CD

·        Version control

·        Experience with AWS services is a plus

Full Stack / Programming

·        Strong backend development experience with Java
