MS D365 Consultant with BA exp. || Contract

MS Dynamics 365 Consultant || Remote || Contract

We are looking for an MS Dynamics 365 Consultant with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, basic Business Analysis (BA) skills, and working knowledge of JIRA.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows.
• Use JIRA to manage tasks, track user stories, and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
• Identify process improvements and recommend suitable D365 solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.

Requirements:

• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
• Working knowledge of JIRA for task tracking and project coordination.
• Understanding of business processes, functional documentation, and UAT.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
