Job Description

 Role: SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) Consultant
Location: New Jersey (NJ) – Onsite
Experience: 8–10+ years

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement, configure, and support SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP PM solutions.
  • Configure Equipment, Functional Locations, BOMs, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, and Work Centers.
  • Support maintenance processes including notifications, work orders, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and breakdown maintenance.
  • Configure maintenance strategies, scheduling, measuring points, and counters.
  • Support work order planning, scheduling, release, confirmation, and settlement.
  • Work with SAP MM, PP, FI/CO, and other modules for end-to-end process integration.
  • Support master data creation, cleansing, validation, and migration.
  • Analyze and resolve production issues, defects, and user requests.
  • Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams with development requirements.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production support.
  • Support SAP upgrades, enhancements, deployments, and go-live activities.
  • Create user documentation and provide training/support to business users.
Required Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP PM.
  • Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
  • Strong knowledge of Plant Maintenance master data and business processes.

  • Experience with SAP testing, documentation, and production support.
Preferred
  • SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance experience.
  • SAP Fiori experience.
  • SAP PM certification is a plus.
  • Experience in manufacturing, utilities, energy, or other asset-intensive industries.
