Technical Documentation Specialist with Python development Experience

Job Title: Application Analyst - Technical Documentation

Role Summary:

Analyze existing applications and create comprehensive technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance, knowledge transfer, and future enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand application functionality, architecture, integrations, and data flows.

Collaborate with developers, support teams, and business stakeholders.

Review source code, databases, APIs, and infrastructure components.

Prepare technical documents, architecture diagrams, process flows, and support runbooks.

Develop knowledge transfer materials and support documentation.

Identify enhancement opportunities and document recommendations.

Required Skills:

Experience in application analysis and technical documentation.

Understanding of web applications, APIs, databases, and cloud environments.

Knowledge of PHP, Symfony, JavaScript, MySQL, Linux, and Azure is preferred.

Proficiency with documentation and diagramming tools such as Confluence, Jira, Visio, or Lucidchart.

Experience: 5-6+ years in Application Analysis, Business Analysis, Technical Documentation, or Application Support.
