Hiring: Adaptive Planning Specialist (Workday Adaptive Planning)

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Contract (12 Months) Hybrid

Experience: 7-9 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Manage user security, integrations, model structure, and data integrity.
  • Develop financial models, reports, dashboards, and planning templates.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Build connected planning across Finance, Workforce, Sales, Operations, and Delivery.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements.
  • Create training materials and support end users.
  • Develop web reports and dashboards.
  • Recommend process improvements and AI-driven enhancements.
  • Maintain system documentation and governance.
