Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Senior Manufacturing Engineer Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 About the Role We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, support new product introduction, and deliver operational excellence within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Investigate process issues and product non-conformances using structured problem-solving techniques.<br />Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and the transfer of products into manufacturing.<br />Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory requirements.<br />Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

Requirements Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.<br />3+ years' experience in a manufacturing engineering environment.<br />Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools, including Daily Management, Standard Work, and Lean Conversion.<br />Background in process and equipment improvement within a regulated industry.

Desirable Experience within Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Medical Device manufacturing environments.<br />Experience working in cleanroom manufacturing.<br />Six Sigma qualification or demonstrated application of Six Sigma tools.<br />CAD design experience using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
