Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support daily production activities by monitoring operational performance and assisting with issue resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and business teams to improve workflow efficiency and productivity.
• Gather, validate, and maintain production data, reports, and performance metrics.
• Investigate operational issues and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• entry level candidates are encouraged to apply; manufacturing internship experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Comfortable working in a factory setting and spending approximately 80% of the workday on the production floor.
