Job Description

Ryder System is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that power our transportation and warehousing operations. You will lead platform architecture, configure ITSM/ITOM modules, integrate ServiceNow with logistics and fleet systems, and enforce development standards. Partner with operations, security, and infrastructure teams to translate business needs into scalable workflows, dashboards, and automations. Mentor developers, manage code reviews, and ensure performance, reliability, and compliance in a safety-first, customer-focused environment with strong career growth.
