Agile Coach

Contract Length: 9 months
Location: New York, NY
Work Setup: On-site
Work Week: 37.5 hours

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through enterprise Agile transformation. The Agile Coach will promote Agile principles, strengthen delivery practices, and drive continuous improvement across a large, complex technology environment.

Agile Coach Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor product teams, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile frameworks, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Lead and support enterprise-wide Agile and product transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate Agile training sessions, workshops, and collaborative team activities.
  • Implement Agile best practices, processes, tools, and performance metrics.
  • Leverage delivery metrics and insights to improve decision-making and operational excellence.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, cultural change, and continuous improvement.
  • Align team outcomes with business objectives and broader organizational strategy.
  • Serve in a consultative capacity, influencing teams without direct managerial responsibility.

Agile Coach Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Agile coaching experience.
  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Proven experience coaching Agile product transformations in large, complex environments.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in change management, organizational design, and cultural transformation at scale.
  • Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Agile Coach Preferred Credentials
  • Certified Agile Coach ( ICP-Client, ICP-ATF), Certified Scrum Professional ( CSP), SAFe Program Consultant ( SPC), or equivalent credentials.
