Program Manager

RedTown Technical Services, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead multi-stream IT initiatives for small and mid-sized business clients. In this role, you'll manage concurrent projects spanning managed services, cybersecurity, and network solutions, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives, budgets, and timelines. You'll coordinate cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders, translate business needs into actionable plans, and standardize project practices. Responsibilities

• Plan, scope, and manage concurrent IT infrastructure and software projects for SMB clients
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reports
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear technical work items
• Monitor project budgets, change requests, and scope to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Facilitate client meetings, project standups, and post-implementation reviews
• Standardize project management processes, templates, and documentation
• Ensure quality, security, and compliance standards in project deliverables
