Graphic Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client seeking a Graphic Designer in Miami, FL (Florida).

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Designer will design and produce marketing assets including brochures, flyers, advertisements, email campaigns, web banners, presentations, signage, tradeshow graphics, and promotional materials
• Develop and present multiple creative concepts aligned with brand strategy and business objectives
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketing teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective creative solutions
• Support large-scale campaigns and day-to-day marketing requests while meeting deadlines and project goals
• As a Graphic Designer, you will ensure all creative work adheres to brand standards, quality assurance processes, and production requirements
• Prepare final files for print and digital distribution
• Stay current with design trends, industry best practices, and evolving brand guidelines

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of graphic design experience in a corporate, agency, or high-volume creative environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications; FileMaker experience is a plus
• Strong portfolio demonstrating print, digital, and marketing design work
• Thorough understanding of print production and prepress processes
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
