Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of experience in gathering business requirements, stakeholder management, process improvement, and Agile project delivery. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology teams by translating business needs into detailed functional requirements while ensuring successful implementation of enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, Architects, and business stakeholders.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements.
• Perform Gap Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Impact Analysis, and Risk Assessment.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, defect tracking, and production validation.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and workflow diagrams using industry-standard tools.
• Coordinate project deliverables across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance and documentation standards.
• Prepare executive presentations, status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Support change management, training, and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Expertise in BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Visio.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in business process modeling using BPMN.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API integrations and REST services.
• Knowledge of Data Analysis, ETL, and Data Warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI reporting.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, or Automation initiatives.
• Knowledge of UML diagrams and process modeling.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are preferred.
