• We are seeking an experienced SFDC Manager to lead Salesforce platform delivery, administration, enhancements, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and experience managing Salesforce teams and implementation partners.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Salesforce implementation, enhancements, and platform support.
• Oversee Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Manage Salesforce admins, developers, BAs, architects, and vendor teams.
• Drive release management, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Manage project priorities, roadmaps, risks, technical debt, and delivery commitments.
• Ensure platform security, data quality, performance, and governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology leadership.
• Required Skills:
• 10+ years of Salesforce/SFDC experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Salesforce architecture, Lightning Platform, security, and data management.
• REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Salesforce SDLC, DevOps, and release management.
• Experience leading enterprise Salesforce teams and managing vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Preferred: Salesforce certifications, Copado/Gearset, MuleSoft/Boomi, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agile delivery experience.
