Job Description

Associate, Banker CSG with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in NY, NY. Structure, analyze, & execute transactions on behalf of priv placement syndicate desk. Oversee financing live deal execution, incl running due diligence processes, negotiating non-disclosure agreements & fin\'l aspects of legal documents w/ lawyers & financiers, organizing deal & non-deal roadshows, & liaising other investment banks & related parties.

Reqs: Bach deg (U.S. or foreign equiv) in Econ, Fin, Math, Accntng, or rel field & two (2) yrs of exp in the job offered or in a rel role.

Sal Range: Annual base sal for this NY, NY-based position is $175,000 - $225,000.
