As part of our ongoing digital transformation strategy, the Harvey Norman Information Technology Team is seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Analyst - Developer Programmer to join our Enterprise Cloud & Corporate Services team located in Homebush West, NSW. This role is a full-time permanent position working 38 hours per week.

About the role

As an experienced Modern Workplace Analyst, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of enterprise applications and digital solutions for Harvey Norman.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams and vendors to develop scalable solutions that improve business processes, automate workflows and enhance the user experience.

You will also:

  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solution designs.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain business applications using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Azure technologies.
  • Develop and maintain application code using SPFx, TypeScript, ReactJS, C# .NET and related development frameworks.
  • Build and support custom applications, workflows, integrations and automation solutions.
  • Develop technical specifications, solution documentation and support processes.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting and application enhancements to ensure quality, security and performance standards are met.
  • Develop integrations using Microsoft Graph, REST APIs and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and project teams to deliver technology initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
About you

With strong experience developing enterprise applications and Microsoft-based solutions, you will be a confident technical professional with expertise in software development, systems integration and solution delivery.

You will also have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience developing solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Power Platform technologies.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience developing software applications using C# and .NET.
  • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and Microsoft Graph integrations.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience producing technical specifications and solution documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
