Job Description

Role Summary

Lookingfor a developer/DevOps profile to build and expose APIs on. Focus is on solid,standards-compliant implementation rather than architectural leadership. Thescope of APIs to be exposed is generally defined; the candidate is expected toimplement to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement APIs on the APIGee platform in line with Optus'sinternal API standards and TM Forum (TMF) standards.
• Supportproductization of deliverables
• Work within APIstandards defined (e.g. TMF Open APIs, CAMARA), implementing to agreedspecifications rather than defining new architecture.
• Collaborate withthe broader platform teams (including the OpenShift migration workstream) asneeded.

Required Skills & Experience

• Development experience with API design and implementation (REST/similar),including exposure to TM Forum (TMF) Open API standards and CAMARA
• DevOps/CI-CD familiarity to support build and deployment of API services.
• Working knowledge of platform environments such as Kubernetes/OpenShift isbeneficial
• Ability to work to defined API/architecture standards and specifications withmoderate guidance.
• Telecom/OSS domain exposure is a plus but not mandatory
